Long Arm Quilt Repair Machine
This long arm sewing machine is mainly used for repairing skipped stitches onto mattress quilted panels. It may repair dropped or thread loosen stitches ensuring perfection of quilt pattern, and make quilts fully utilized avoiding any rejection due to incorrect quilting. This model machine is characterized with single needle, connecting rod thread picker (equipped with needle bearing), large capacity rotary hook and double thread lock stitch. It adopts electronic control motor which realizes steeples speed regulation, needle is upper position automatically when machine is stopped.
Quilt Repair Machine (YSQR 30)
This machine is required to repair the quilted panels, which have certain defects from the quilting operation. This machine repairs all skipped stitches, quilting jumps and pattern distortions. The machine employs a long arm, which helps in accommodating any width of the quilted panel inside the machine up to 28 inches (700 mm). The technical details of the machine are as follows:
