This machine is used to attach labels on the quilted panels before they go for final tape edging operation. The machine employs a long arm which helps in accommodating any width of the quilted panel inside the machine upto 28 inches (700 mm).The material feeding is through a specialized crank driven feed roller which can be engaged and disengaged using a pneumatic cylinder. This machine is an extended version of the sturdy Singer 107 W sewing machine. The clearance under the arm is almost 30 inches to accommodate the largest of the quilted panels. The machine is equipped with a 750 Watt servo motor drive for fast and accurate starting and stopping. Operator convenience has been increased by using a needle synchronizer (to stop with needle on top always) and pneumatic foot lifter (for easy insertion and extraction of sewn material). The machine can work on quilted panels up to 50 mm thick and can have maximum sewing speed of 1500 spm (stitches per minute).
